A 21-year-old man who suffered severe injuries in a dog attack involving a shelter dog is suing the organization, Labrador and Friends, and the County of San Diego.

According to a 10News report, the 21-year-old man and his family attended an adoption event in Scripps Ranch hosted by the nonprofit on December 20, 2014.

They brought home a Labrador from the event.

Lauren Guerra, 36, has filed a personal injury lawsuit against a bus company after she says she was left permanently cross-eyed from an injury she suffered on a Starline Tours Halloween party bus two years ago.
