Police are searching for a big rig, which they say, was involved in a fatal hit and run crash in downtown Los Angeles on the morning of May 7. According to a KTLA news report, the crash occurred as the victim was pushing a shopping cart on Seventh Street near South Alameda Street. Police say the victim may have been standing in the northbound lane closest to the sidewalk when he was struck and sustained severe head trauma. The victim was described as a man in his mid-20s. A 60-year-old man died from his injuries suffered in a hit and run crash in Fullerton. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal crash occurred at Lemon Street and Santa Fe Avenue on the evening of Jan. 2. Police found the victim lying in the number two lane of Lemon. The initial investigation determined that the suspect vehicle, a 2015 Honda Civic, was traveling south on Lemon when it struck the pedestrian. Paramedics transported the victim to a hospital.
