According to a KTLA news report, on the night of Oct. 17, a gray Toyota Camry traveling west on Rochester Avenue negotiated a left turn onto southbound Federal Avenue. According to a KTLA news report, the fatal pedestrian accident occurred early morning on Sept. 14 when a silver, four-door sedan traveling southbound on Tampa Avenue south of Oxnard Street.

Wendy Galdamez Palma, 33, was killed and her 3-year-old son was injured in a hit and run crash in Playa Del Rey on the night of Sept. 11.
According to a CBS Los Angeles news report, Palma was struck by a dark-colored sedan while crossing Vista Del Mar to get to her vehicle. At the time, she was cradling her 3-year-old son who was taken to the hospital with injuries. He is expected to survive, but Palma died from her injuries. Continue reading →
