According to a news report in The San Bernardino County Sun, the injury car accident occurred on the Base Line off ramp on southbound 215 Freeway in San Bernardino the night of April 28, 2011. California Highway Patrol officials say a gray Mitsubishi Lancer was going the wrong way when it hit a white Honda Civic. Both vehicles ended up facing the wrong way. An ambulance responded but the extent of injuries is not known. An investigation is ongoing.
