What Caused This Crash?

Based on the news account, it is unclear as to how or why this motorcycle crash occurred. There are several unanswered questions here. Was there an auto defect or mechanical malfunction in the motorcycle, which caused or contributed to the accident? Was there a dangerous condition on the roadway where this incident occurred? Was another vehicle involved? For example, did the motorcyclist get clipped or cut off by another vehicle? I trust officials are looking into these and other factors in order to determine precisely what occurred here and why.

Liability Issues

If a defective product caused this accident, then, the manufacturer of the faulty product or the motorcycle could be held liable.
