BISNAR | CHASE Receives Tremendous Support from Employees to Help Kristy's Foundation
On June 10, 2010 the Los Angeles personal injury lawyers at BISNAR | CHASE attended the OC BBQ Festival to display their booth on behalf of Kristy's Foundation. This event was a state championship BBQ with a rib eating contest, BBQ pageant, car show, live music and an awesome kid zone. The BISNAR | CHASE booth featured a number of fun games and prizes which included a book table, a raffle table, a wheel of fortune table and a kids table.
Our supportive staff members at BISNAR | CHASE volunteered their time to set up, display and coordinate the events completing a 10 hour day. Every member was thrilled to be there and happy to support a worthy cause. They all selflessly contributed to a terrific organization. The booth drew great crowds of people who eagerly awaited their turn to participate in the I-Pad raffle, or to spin the wheel for the wheel of fortune table to receive a free t-shirt or organizer.
The official winner of the I-Pad raffle was a Mission Viejo local named Amy Lin. BISNAR | CHASE has already contacted Amy and is expected to present her with the I-Pad this Friday. As chance would have it, this gift could not have been won by a better candidate. Amy's daughter was recently diagnosed with leukemia and she plans on giving the I-Pad to her daughter.
One of the staff members at BISNAR | CHASE was selected to participated in this year's Mr. BBQ Pageant. This fun event was a hilarious show that featured a number of participants who were eager to show off their chicken legs, pork belly, or outrageous talent.
The volunteers at BISNAR | CHASE were overwhelmed with joy when they had realized the impact they were able to make on behalf of Kristy's Foundation. Helping the community has always been important to the employees at BISNAR | CHASE. Kristy's Foundation is an organization that all the volunteers feel a deep connection with. The services they provide to terminally ill children and their family is extraordinary. The effort that each volunteer contributed will mean that the kids and their families will be able to have the treatment and attention they need.
The efforts from all of our volunteers will also help Kristy's Foundation expand their program and open the first Kristy's place in Los Angeles to help terminally ill children and their families. This special place will allow a family privacy along with the medical expertise and support they need at the end of a child's life.
Kristy's Foundation has been helping families make the most of every moment their child is alive. They provide families with emotional support, emergency funds, short term care, and a wish assist program.
