Juan Beltran, 51, a local pastor and father to six children, was severely injured in a hit and run crash in South Los Angeles. LAPD released a video of the hit-and-run that occurred the morning of Feb. 21 in the 1100 block of East 49th Street. It shows a light green Toyota Prius driving down a residential street and suddenly striking a man who was crossing the street.

The car involved in the crash is believed to be a 2004-2009 Prius with heavy damage to the front windshield. The investigation is ongoing and the driver is still at large. A reward of up to $25,000 is available to anyone who can provide information leading to the driver’s identification, arrest and conviction.
