Two drivers were injured in a Buena Park car accident the night of March 26, 2015 after their respective vehicles crashed into each other.
According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the crash occurred at the intersection of Knott Avenue and Artesia Boulevard.
One of the drivers was a male in his 40s and another a female in her early 70s.
The male driver was trapped in the vehicle and had to be
extricated. Both drivers appeared to be in moderate to serious condition and were transported to an area trauma center.
Buena Park police are still investigating the incident.

According to California Highway Patrol’s 2012 Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS), there were 11 deaths and 372 injuries reported as a result of car accidents in Buena Park.
In Orange County as a whole, 148 people died and 14,029 were injured due to traffic accidents during the same year.
