The two boats collided and one of the passengers, Rhoades, was taken to the hospital with serious back injuries. Beck was arrested on suspicion of felony boating under the influence with injuries, and officials may file charges against Tahmizian for causing the collision. If Tahmizian is found to be at fault, he could be held liable for injuries sustained by Rhoades.
