Day One of the AIDS/Lifecycle event with Lorraine Glenn

By

The Los Angeles personal injury lawyers at Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys are pleased to report that Lorraine Glenn made it through her first day of the AIDS/Lifecycle ride. Her first day of riding started on Sunday at the Cow Palace parking lot in San Francisco. Lorraine joined thousands of other riders for the opening ceremonies and eventually the long ride to Santa Cruz — her first stop of the seven day journey.

The first day of riding started off miserable for Lorraine. After waking up at 3:30 to check out of her hotel, catch the shuttle, and arrive at the ceremony, she was forced to ride through rain and fog until late afternoon. The later part of the day was filled with sunshine and scenic routes. Lorraine was able to view some of California’s beautiful coastline before reaching base camp.

Today’s ride was a grueling 79.4 miles from start to finish. You can see Lorraine’s progress in the map above. After a challenging day of riding, Lorraine and the number of other riders made it to base camp in Santa Cruz to turn in for the night. I am sure that Lorraine and the other riders are excited and full of anticipation for their next day’s journey.
