Sacramento Car Accident Proves Fatal for Bicyclist

A bicycle accident near the CSU Sacramento campus the morning of May 2, 2010 left a man in his 40s fatally injured. News10 reports that the fatal collision occurred at the intersection of Carlson Drive and H Street when the bicycle was hit by a minivan. The man on the bicycle sustained severe injuries and died at the scene. The female driver of the minivan was not hurt. An investigation is ongoing.
