Brian Chase Continues to Be a “Super Lawyer”

By

Brian Chase of the Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys (www.bestattorney.com) Southern California personal injury law firm has been named a Super Lawyer and Top 50 Orange County Attorney by Orange Coast Magazine. This is the 5th year in a row Chase has received this recognition.

Since Brian graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was the associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, he has been in the public eye as a superior personal injury lawyer for over 17 years. He has tried dozens of jury trials and has recovered seven- and eight-figure amounts from a variety of automobile manufacturers on behalf of people who have suffered catastrophic injury from auto defects.

Chase has been honored many times before: he was named 2004 Trial Lawyer of the Year by Orange County Trial Lawyers Association for his work in the area of defective products, was one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association in 2007 and has received a “Superb 10 out of 10” by Avvo and an AV rated “Preeminent 5 out of 5” by Martindale-Hubbell.

“Brian’s achievements as a top Orange County lawyer are a source of immense pride for our firm,” said John Bisnar, Brian’s partner of Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys. “Brian’s trial lawyer reputation and track record is invaluable in getting our clients the settlements they deserve from not only auto makers but insurance companies and negligent governmental agencies. When representing clients with catastrophic injuries or the family of a deceased accident victim, having a trial lawyer with Brian’s skill is crucial to winning at trial. Having a trial lawyer with Brian’s reputation brings about very favorable settlements in quick order from insurance companies and corporate wrongdoers. Having Brian on our team is huge plus to our clients.”

It is Brian’s reputation as an exceptional lawyer that has provided him so much positive attention, and it is no wonder he has made Orange Coast Magazine’s list of Top Lawyers every year since 2006. The Top Lawyers list is composed after in-depth evaluations of candidates based on numerous indicators including peer recognition, professional achievement, experience, honors and awards, special licenses, position within a law firm, pro bono and community service, scholarly lectures and writings, education and employment background and other achievements.

Brian frequently lectures nationwide on litigation-related topics, has published numerous articles, and has appeared on radio and television for interviews, including interviews on CBS Special Reports, Peter Jennings/World News Tonights, and America’s Best Lawyers. His book, Still Unsafe at Any Speed — Auto Defects That Cause Wrongful Deaths and Catastrophic Injuries, is widely acclaimed as a definitive book on vehicle defects and how these defects have affected the lives of many.
