Riverside County Motorcycle Accident Kills One

Dario Moreno, 30, of Rancho Santa Margarita, was killed in a Riverside motorcycle accident after he struck a sedan on the Ortega (74) Highway near the Lookout Roadhouse the morning of May 9, 2009, The Orange County Register reports. Moreno was apparently riding a 2006 Honda motorcycle when the fatal Lake Elsinore motorcycle accident occurred, California Highway Patrol officials said. Moreno was taken to a Wildomar hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after the motorcycle crash.

    I used to work with Dario. He was a good guy with a good sense of humor. He definitely kept everyone entertained which always seemed to make the workday go by a little quicker. There were two things that I would always hear Dario talking about: flying airplanes, and his motorcycle. I’m sure he would have made one hell of a professional pilot if he had the chance. Dario may have died doing something that he loves, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that his death was so tragic and way too soon. I’m sure he will be missed by many.
