Best Neurological Surgeon For Treating Patients with Personal Injury Claims

Dr. Jeffrey Gross is a special combination of medical doctor, neurological surgeon to be precise, and a medical advocate. Jeff and I recently met and discussed sports, scuba diving, patient care and the role of medical expert witnesses in personal injury cases. We discussed a range of medical/legal issues, treatment of trauma victims and his love of being a doctor and healing people.

In his eyes, "being the doctor" also includes being the medical advocate for his patients. Dr. Gross likes challenges and he likes being the patient's hero. So he relishes being called to testify to his findings and opinions about his patents' injuries, the cause of their injuries, their prognosis and the value of their medical treatment.

When I looked up Dr. Gross' qualifications I was even more impressed: Berkeley undergraduate, George Washington University School of Medicine, intern and residency at UC Irvine, and chief residency and spinal surgery fellowship at the University of New Mexico. He is the only spinal fellowship trained neurosurgeon in South Orange County. Very impressive.

Dr. Gross would be a great choice for anyone in need of a neurological surgeon in Orange County. He also might be the best neurological surgeon in California to have as your treating physician if you are injured in some type of accident that may result in a personal injury claim. He is such a nice guy and loves helping so much, he could probably be talked into treating select personal injury victims on a lien basis.

Dr. Gross became my hero seven years ago when my husband suffered from a ruptured carotid aneurysm and had been in a coma for several weeks. His neurosurgeon in CT recommended that we remove him from life support, as there was a zero percent chance of functional recovery. We sent medical records to CA (from CT). Dr. Jeff reviewed these records the moment he returned from a family vacation and called me in CT to give me the gift of hope. Without even seeing my husband, he indicated that my husband had a 50/50 prognosis for "functional" recovery. He defined what that "functional recovery" would mean and told me not to give up. The brain needs time to recover from injury. Dr. Jeff was right on! John is still with us because Dr. Jeff knows his stuff! His experience with neurological injuries allowed him to make a judgement that even our neurosurgen was not able to make. Because of Dr. Jeff, John has been here to see 4 year old daughter grow into a bright 11 year old piano playing soccer star. Despite his many challenges, he has even made the trip to California and met Dr. Jeff at a Family wedding (my brother is a close friend and neighbor of Dr. Jeff's). We will be forever grateful that we had a connection to Dr. Jeff and that he cared enough to review our records and speak with us. Another highly respected Neurosurgeon that we had another family connection to refused to review our records at all.

Fresher or an expert in neurosurgeon can develop their skills… Good work nobody give chance to fresher… Thanks for sharing…
