As an employee of the insurance company, the insurance adjuster has a responsibility to make money for his company by holding back every last penny that he/she possibly can from your personal injury claim. As such, insurance adjusters are trained to do anything and everything within their means to withhold payment. While the insurance companies train adjusters to advocate their side, the average person must consult with a car accident attorney who will advocate their side of the story.
