Commercial Real Estate Offer I Couldn't Refuse

Jeff Tabor is the best southern California commercial real estate broker I have ever met and I used to be one. Jeff bugged me to give him to a chance to review my office space lease here in Newport Beach to look for issues with my building operating expenses, for free. Come on! I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. So what's the catch? Nobody who is any good at what they do does it for free.

As it turns out, I let Jeff Tabor review my lease. The offer was just too good to pass up. He went over my lease with a fine-tooth comb. I was very impressed. He brought to my attention a number of items of concern and pointed out that my landlord was not living up to the lease agreement. The items Jeff brought to my attention will save me a ton of money on my present and future leases. He did a great job.

So what was the catch? What was Jeff hoping to get out of providing this "free service"? As it turns out what Jeff was doing was proving the quality of his services as a commercial real estate broker hoping that the next time I lease office space I will use him as my broker. Well it worked. I will use Jeff whenever I have future commercial real estate transactions. He was awesome.

Here is another amazing fact about what Jeff did. He knew coming in the door that I have seven years left of my present lease. Jeff provided a high quality service that would impress me enough that I will use his commercial real estate services seven years from now. That is a long-term play.

You can reach Jeff Tabor through his company, Corporate Realty Advisors, at 714-965-600 or via email at jtabor@tenantrepspecialists.com. Be sure to visit the website of one of the best commercial real estate brokers in southern California.
