There are some things not correct here, I am his brother so I know that he died on a Saturday Afternoon not Sunday.
He was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, we have yet to have all of the facts because the S.B.S.D. is dragging their feet in an internal investigation as to why there was mismanagement of the accident investigation.
I am of a firm belief that this accident should have been conducted by the California Highway Patrol since it happened at the intersection of a state highway.
